After nearly 5 years in the neighborhood, Sujeo will be closing its doors on August 24th. This community has been the backbone of our success and you’re all invited to dine with us in the coming weeks and say farewell to your Sujeo Fam!
A message from Chef Tory:
“To our #Sooj family:
The time has come for us to say good bye. After five spicy years of being at the corner of E. Wash and N. Livingston (that’s where we are, in case you were never able to find us, ahem) we will serve our last guests on August 24. Starting today our hours will be Tuesday-Thursday & Sunday 4:30pm to 9pm. Friday Saturday- Late Night Til 1:30am!
While I am heartbroken to say goodbye, of course, I am not going to focus on negatives. I have never been happier to have had this experience. I’ve made some incredible friends and learned more than I could have thought possible, about myself as a person, as a chef, and as a business owner.
Thank you to all of our staff that came on this journey with us and gave their all, breathing life into Sujeo and making it be the special place it is.
Thank you to our community of farmers and producers for working with us over these five years, helping us make the most delicious food possible.
And thank you to our incredible guests that have supported us since the beginning.
For me, I’ll be focused on delivering the best experiences I can at some other pretty good places in town. Come see me at Graze, Estrellón, and of course L'Etoile.
I hope you can come celebrate the last five years with us over the next few weeks!!
Peace- love- and Noodles forever
